当你千挑万选购买了一台动平衡机,开始投入使用时,问题来了,要如何选择动平衡机的转速呢?选择动平衡机的转速时要考虑的因素

选择动平衡机的转速时,要考虑的因素很多。有人认为在校验动平衡时应该与该转子的实际工作时的转速一致,因此往往对转速提出较高的要求。其实,对刚性转子而言,不论其实际工作转速,还是动平衡转速,都远远低于转子本身的临界转速,因此只要在“低速”市能保证达到动平衡的精度要求,转子在实际工作转速条件下仍能达到规定的精度要求。而一般来讲,大多数的风机转子都是属于刚性转子,通常在低速平衡就能达到和保证风机转子的使用精度要求。

如果转速选择过高,则对动平衡机而言起动功率、操作时间、润滑保养等均比低速时要求高。
